The Order Extras Appear
You can set your preference of what order your extra's are shown on your public Booking Screen and within your iBex system.
Categories are always displayed in alphabetical order. You can set the order in which the extra’s within each category are displayed.
Instructions:
1. Click on Search Extras (found under the sub heading "Extras" in your side menu)
2. Click on an extra ID number
3. Click on the blue Order button at the bottom of the page
4. The Extras Display Order will appear as pop up
5. Select the Category that you want to set the order for
6. Enter the order in which you want the order of each extra to appear
7. Click on the blue Save button
8. Repeat for other categories as required
