Live Chat

Your plan comes with Live Chat added to your website so your customers can speak to you direct when visiting your website. You can turn this feature off in your chat dashboard if you prefer to not have this option. There is also a mobile app you can down load for Android and IOS so your team can answer chats from anywhere.

Just search for tawk.to in your app store.

When using chat in your dashboard, you will need to log in once with the provide password and login specific to the chat app. 

If you don't close your browser or clear your history then you will be logged in all the time from this point on, so each time you re-log into our system, chat will load automatically. The same login and password is also used for the mobile app.
